Add integration tests, UI, and end-to-end tests to your CI chains. For example, adapt the test case test_itu_minitwit_ui.py, from the lecture and exercise material, so that it can be executed from within a Docker container. Add a respective setup, e.g., via docker compose to your CI chains. Reuse the tests that you took over earlier, i.e., the integration test from the initial application and the API test from session 3.

Use the test suite as a quality gate. That is, in case tests do not pass, stop delivery and deployment of your systems. You might want to start with integrating the API test that you received in session 3 and the end-to-end test and UI test that you received in the lecture material.
