Document how to get from cloning our repo to a working release and deployment.

There is some extra work associated with this - as we in addition to describing "just" release and deployment also have to describe the setup for the VPS. The scenario is that someone with our repo and hardware should be able to setup a server of their own and run it.

  • Release and deploy mini twit
  • Make readme
  • Make setup script for VPS setup
