Right now it also contains folder-wide config such as auto generate model. That could be potentially inside some other file (dedicated .crocqconfig file) or be controlled at file-level rather than folder-level.

It could also use a comment on top specifying whether we'd recommend tracking it in Git or not.

should probably also contain versions of crocq, clightgen, rocq which is used for the project? and I think therefore it should be checked into git. Else we can have a local cache just for the hashes and a git checked config
