Points the navigation and vsRocqApi integration tests at the fixtures in src/test/integration/test-assets instead of examples/, which is a demo workspace with no stability guarantees.

Verified by running the integration suite with examples/ removed: 41 passing.

examples/ is a demo workspace, not a test fixture directory: its files are
free to change or disappear. Two integration tests still opened
examples/sumarray/{sumarray.c,verif_sumarray.v} by relative path, so removing
or regenerating those files broke the suite.

Point them at the copies in src/test/integration/test-assets, which the other
integration tests already use. Verified by running the integration suite with
examples/ moved away: 41 passing.
