Both workflows now run in the custom crocq-ci-extension / crocq-ci-grammar images built from the sibling forgejo-runner repo, so the per-run toolchain install steps are gone. The extension image also carries clightgen (CompCert 3.17) and a pinned VsRocq .vsix for the end-to-end tests.

ci: run both workflows in prebuilt images ... 1b73d99bc8

Bake the toolchains into images built from the sibling forgejo-runner
repo (crocq-ci-extension, crocq-ci-grammar) and drop the per-run
"Install native build toolchain" apt steps. The extension image also
carries clightgen (CompCert 3.17) and a pinned VsRocq .vsix for the
end-to-end tests.

ci: bake node_modules and the test VS Code into the image ... 1fdbb97dd0

npm ci (~30s) and the VS Code download for the extension-host tests (~20s)
dominated the workflow, so the extension image now pre-installs both and the
job reuses them instead of installing and downloading.

The baked tree is never trusted blindly: extension/scripts/deps-digest.mjs
fingerprints all of the dependency inputs (both lockfiles, .npmrc, the build
scripts and the grammar sources, which install-links copies into
node_modules), and the job reinstalls whenever the digest no longer matches.
setup-node goes away too - the image already has Node 24.
